There’s nothing better than seeing our kids enjoying long summer days playing outside in the fresh air and sunshine. But whether on a day out at the beach or park, or simply in the back garden or playground, delicate skin needs lasting protection from the sun’s damaging UV rays. Choosing a high factor sun cream is the easy bit…actually getting toddlers and children to keep still long enough to put it on is much harder.

In fact, according to our research, over 67% of parents find sun cream application to be one of the biggest frustrations on a family day out in the sunshine. Not only do they worry that there’s going to be a battle getting the kids to keep still for long enough to put it on, but all that wriggling may mean that they’ll ‘miss a bit’ which could lead to sunburn.
